Returns
All orders are printed to order and accordingly they are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations for the United Kingdom and the European Union which allows customers to have to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
However, should your photographic prints be defective then they should be returned in the original packaging within seven days of receipt, with a letter explaining the reason for return, including your order reference number. If the returned items are found to be defective items they will be replaced with identical photographs.IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim. You are advised to return the prints by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - return delivery costs are payable by the customer. Laplow Imaging accepts no responsibility for items which are lost or stolen during the return process.
